   I'm a paid subscriber and I've been able to access the site before. But when I logged in today, it said I don't have access to the latest video. (I don't get it because I was able to log in.) Please advise.  
 

 
   In most cases, subscribers who unexpectedly no longer have access to the site have a credit card problem with PayPal. PayPal notifies iCoachSkating.com of credit card payment failures and most of these problems are a result of expired credit cards.

It is very common to receive a new credit card with a new expiration date. It is important to log in to PayPal and change this information so that your iCoachSkating.com subscription is not interrupted.

PayPal makes 3 attempts to charge your card. After the third try, it automatically cancels your subscription. Check your PayPal options to make sure you are notified via email when a payment failure occurs.

Unfortunately, due to PayPal limitations, you cannot renew an expired subscription. If you subscription has been canceled, please log in to the website and click on the Buy Now button below the welcome video and create a new subscription. You do not need to register at the website again, just start a new PayPal subscription.
