I used to be a subscriber and had to cancel due to financial reasons. I would like to renew my membership at this time, with a new credit card. I was trying to purchase the monthly plan, and could not continue the sign up process as my email address is already in use. What should I do?
Free members and former subscribers should log in to the website with their existing/previous username and password. If you've forgotten them, submit a support ticket. After you've logged in, you need to scroll down the welcome page to the Subscription Plans box and select the option you prefer. Because you are logged in, you won't have to re-register and you'll go straight to Paypal for payment. Please contact customer support through our support ticket system if you experience any problems.
