I've been trying to log in to watch some tips videos but it says I don't have access. I've been a paying subscriber for a while but my access just seemed to stop recently. Can you let me know what's happening? What do I need to do to fix this?
Usually this problem is caused by a credit card issue. If you manually change your credit card at PayPal or your credit card on file at Paypal expires, your subscription to iCoachSkating.com is automatically canceled by PayPal. To verify that this is the problem, please log into your PayPal account and search for your iCoachSkating.com subscription. If it has been canceled, you should see it there.
To regain access to iCoachSkating.com, please resubscribe. You'll need to log in using your username and password and scroll down the welcome page to the Subscription Plans box. Select the subscription plan you prefer and you'll be taken straight to Paypal for payment. Make sure you log in before subscribing or the system will try to create two accounts for you at iCoachSkating.com.
