I'd like to upgrade my membership from monthly to annual. How do I go about that? This is testament to the quality of your site, by the way.
Thanks for the compliment on the website. Here's the process to upgrade to an annual subscription:
1. Go to PayPal and find your monthly subscription to iCoachSkating.com.
2. Cancel your subscription right there in PayPal. This will terminate your access to the content at iCoachSkating.com.
3. Log in to iCoachSkating.com using your username and password. This will now take you to the free member area and not the main paid subscriber home page you're used to but it will still say "Welcome YourName!"
4. Scroll down the welcome page to the Subscription Plans and select the annual subscription.
5. It will take you to PayPal for payment.
6. If you do this within 10 days of your last monthly payment, submit a support ticket and request a refund of that last monthly payment.
