Matthew Blair Davis
|

Matthew Blair Davis is the
Strength and Conditioning Coach for all the figure skaters at the
Fairfax Ice Arena in Fairfax, Virginia. Matthew is the
President of Off-iceStrength.com and Functional Revolution Fitness.
He has a Bachelors and a Masters degree from Florida State
University. He’s a Certified Strength and Conditioning
Specialist through the NSCA and he's a Performance Enhancement
Specialist and Corrective Exercise Specialist for the National
Academy of Sports Medicine.
He is also certified as a Sports
Performance Coach from US Weightlifting and he’s completed the
famous and grueling Russian Kettlebell Challenge in Minnesota.
Matthew has been a trainer and strength coach for over ten years and
he’s been working with skaters since 2006. To learn more
