» [- Nov 4, 2008 at 6:59 PM -] Chris Conte says: I love these! They are very similar to the drills I have been using, yet the emphasis on pulling the free elbow up and back in addition to the internal rotation of the landing hip really brought a new accent on landing technique for several of my skaters. They definitely got stronger. Thank you Paige!
» [- Jan 1, 2010 at 4:49 PM -] Alison says: I love the way you break down each movement step by step
» [- Dec 7, 2010 at 9:22 PM -] Daria says: I particularly like an idea about a bottle and a credit card. Now I know how far apart I am supposed to feel my ankles and knees.
» [- Dec 7, 2010 at 9:39 PM -] Daria says: I also strongly support the idea to learn and understand the mechanics of jumps first. For me it is the most efficient way of learning. Thank you!
